What to expect at Edale?

We have booked out a 160-person youth hostel in Edale and have organised great catering on-site. Every attendee will have a bed to sleep in and food provided for them. As well as the political content we are also organising a bar, outdoor activities and films as well as being committed to making the space an enjoyable and safe(er) one for all. We are also committed to providing suitable childcare for our younger attendees (more info below).

Please arrive at the YHA Edale on the 1.30pm train on the Friday, ready for a 3pm start, or (e.g. by car) at or around 2pm. If you cannot make it to Edale by 1.30pm - or even on Friday at all - please let us know when you shall be arriving (train arrival time) and whether you require pick-up.

Accommodation

There are 158 beds divided up into 25 dorms/rooms at Edale in varying sizes. Those coming with kids will be offered self-contained rooms. We will also facilitate women only dorms as well as queer and trans dorms. There will be gender neutral toilet facilities on site.

If you have an accommodation requirement please get in touch and we will see what we can do: festival@weareplanc.org.uk
